Terms and Policies

Cancellations: Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Processing Time: All orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days. If your order is placed on Friday, it will not go out until Tuesday (the latest) as Saturday and Sunday are not business days. 

Shipping Time: All orders will be sent out via USPS. All orders should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method and overall weight of the package. This all depends on the demand at the post office at the time. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order so that we can make arrangements for you. Shipping fees are non refundable.

We are only able to ship to the address you enter upon checking out. Please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.

Please note that processing and shipping times are separate. You will receive your order within a week’s time (2 business days processing + 5 business days shipping) as long as the post office operates on a timely schedule.

"Undeliverable" Packages: If your package is found "undeliverable" by USPS and it is returned to STN, there will be a re-shipping fee based on the weight of your order. You will be alerted of this via email. Please be advised that this is the only way that you will have you package re-shipped to you.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
: We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is unworn and all tags are attached. We do not accept refunds for intimate items (bodysuits, underwear, etc). If you aren’t satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your product so that we can figure out a solution for you. You must return the product within 7 business days of return approval. Upon receipt of your return, you will be issued a refund minus the shipping fee. If the item you want to exchange is sold out, we will offer you a refund. Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged in any way due to the customer. There will be a 10% restock fee shall any tags or packaging be damaged.  Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns/exchanges.

DamagesIf we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.

We are not responsible or liable for any products once they leave our possession. Shall you have issues with your delivery, please contact USPS for assistance. We will try our best to work with you, however, the post office is responsible for all packages. If you believe you’ll have a problem with delivery, please have your package held at the post office for pickup or add route protection to your order.
